- Monday - Friday (8:00-17:00)
§ Salary Range: Gross 800 - 1500 USD / Per Month / Non negotiable
§ Allowance(s): Parking fee / Certificate allowance (MCSE and CCNP)
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (or more depends on performance) / Attractive bonus policy / Salary raise once per year
§ Benefit(s): Annual leave 14 days per year / Annual health check / Weekly teambuilding activities

JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Deputy Director (Front Sales)
§ Assigned to Front Sales Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- The overall purpose of the front sales is to bring the revenue to the company by offering the equipment and services that fit best to the customer business needs and to maintain the long term business with the customers, contributing to meeting the business target of the company
- Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Make clear order to the BS team for developing proposal to the customer responding to their RFP and cooperate in the process of revising quotes or proposal
- Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
- Identify the opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through constantly contacting with the customers and potential customers
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing presentation about the product based on the literature provided by the manufacturers
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, based on, or use of the advice from engineer teams
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- Provide good customers care, utilize the support from back sales team and engineer team, offer clear advice and solutions wherever possible
- Handle hardware or software problems and faults and refer on to specialist technical colleagues
- Manage your own diary in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals
- Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues

- Language Skills: English Proficient

- Sales and marketing expertise
- Good knowledge about the ICT, IT system integration
- Experience in identification of the customer present and potential needs
- Good knowledge about the latest news of IT technology development
- Project management skills
- Customer care skills
- Communication skills, good at persuading
- Negotiation skills
- Coordination and organization skills
§ Preferable Requirements
- Language Skills: Japanese Proficient
- IT background or understanding the IT products (both hardware and software) is preferable
§ Desirable Character:
- Personality: collaborative, supportive, good listener, learning, focus on details, honest and reliable, hardworking, can maintain the satisfaction of customer and confidence of shareholder
