Senior Manager -Organization Capability Development
• Initiate project related to organization capacities enhancement & developing people
• Lead & manage projects of change initiatives and people development to drive and lift up company to be effective organization
• Lead and/or participate in change, communication and education process for deployment projects to business units and functions
• Develop internal communication strategies and plans for specific activity to meet specified communications objectives
• Lead and execute on performance management systems, KPI, performance coaching and feedback tools.
• Design, advise and oversee the implementation of frameworks and methods in organization design and people development especially in talent management: job architecture (organization structure, roles and responsibilities, spans of control, job descriptions), competency models, high potential management and succession planning)
• Work closely with executives & Global Human Capital to ensure consistent leadership support and maintain momentum of people strategies alignment
• Translate management and business requirements into needs assessments and relevant training and development programs and ensure effective implementation.
• Evaluate training results for future improvement. Developing and launch orientation program & follow up training program as tool to achieve company target.
Manager - Compensation and Benefit
• Initiate strategy, process and procedure to lift up effective operation align with the Group policy.
• Ensure the company's payroll, payment reconciliation, time attendance process, employee database, related payroll report, cost comparison target vs actual and also manage workflow to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Execute monthly personal income Tax declaration, compile annual personal income with full compliance with local legislation.
• Ensure Employee benefits and welfare benefits claims are in line with company policies
• Oversee & execute the process of employee records and information within the HRIS system
• Lead designing, developing and managing the new administration of HRIS
• Recommends HRIS improvements/enhancements to meet changing organizational needs software and hardware for HRIS system
Manager - Human Resource Management
• Manage all administrative matters to assure smooth HR operations such as employee transfer, promotion or resignation etc.
• Ensure employees files are kept in safe place and up-to-date.
• Be a liaison with the government labor department.
• Provide legal advice to management and labor issue occurrence through daily business operations.
• Oversee health and safety/employee well- being.
• Facilitate the internal disciplinary settlement to ensure for legal compliance.
• Manage all in-house labor legal cases with close and logical analysis (labor disputes / contractual agreements, etc.)
• Update new legal texts issued and its impact to internal employment.
• Handle work permit and visa for employees.
• Any assignment related to HRM.
Recruitment Assistant Manager
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
• Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Search for qualified candidates as per requirements of customers.
• Act as single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment
• Design and train recruitment strategies to line mangers
• Conduct job interviews
• Conduct competency-based interviews, tests and other related activities.
• Explore best market practice in recruitment and staffing, implement best practices in organizations

Yêu cầu công việc

*** CV should be in English
• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 10 years of related working experience
• Experience in the FMCG industry preferred
• Familiar and understanding of HR practices
• Fluent in Business English & Excellent communication skills
